For the last 4 – 5 months I have been at war with a big annoying Plantars Wart on the bottom of my left foot.
But I have finally found out how to successfully remove it without having to have it surgically removed.

Okay, so here’s how to do it;

Things you will need:

  1. Beta Carotene Pills
  2. Tincture of Benzoin
  3. Duct tape

Directions:

First of all, you will need to do this until your plantar wart is gone, but on average it should only take about 3 weeks.

Anyways, here’s what you need to do,

Take 3 Beta Carotene Pills every day, all at once.

You need to cut off a piece of Duct tape big enough to cover your Plantars wart, and then because your feet sweat a lot, as everyone’s does, you’re going to use the Tincure Benzoin as kind of like a glue to keep the Duct tape on the wart.

And that’s it!  Within 3 weeks you’re plantars wart should be gone.
